The Official Receiver is obliged for your communication of the 2nd inst, and for the copy of Provisions of the Hong a Kong law enclosed therewith,

An Order of Adjudication was made against the above named debtor on the 6th ulto.

Apart from the information furnished in your letter as to the Bankrupt's pension and temporary allowance the Official Receiver has no other information regarding the Bankrupt's means as the latter has failed, up to the present to surrender to these proceedings. In these circumstances the Official Receiver is unable to make any suggestion as to the subsistence allowance payable to the Bankrupt.
